Limitations & Exceptions
Esh Computer Center will provide remote monitoring in an attempt to pro-actively find and repair potential problems before they cause service disruptions. Help desk service is not included for exempt devices. Any telephone support for those devices will be billed at normal service rates. We will provide priority support and reduced fees for your devices that are covered or exempt from this agreement.
 
Due to the nature of computer problems it is impossible to always detect and prevent a problem, therefore, Esh Computer Center will not be held liable for any expenses related to recovering from a service outage, lost data or ay expenses related to recovering lost data, loss in productivity or any loss in relation to devices covered by the server agreement. Customer agrees to use their computers in a responsible manner that will not create unnessary support requirements. Esh Computer Center reservers the right to terminate this agreement if abuse or negligence is responsible for undue service needs.
 
*Extended Remote Support is limited to troubleshooting and repair service only. It does not include installing new hardware or software, changes in the desires configurations, or any other services not deemed and repair or maintanance of existing applications or services.
